BURBERRY︎︎︎ Selfridges CornerShop Takeover
Social content to tease and promote the launch of the Arctic and exploration themed Burberry Corner Shop pop-up in Selfridges.
We LIVE streamed in-store ‘CCTV’ footage across both Selfridges and Burberry Instagram accounts simultaniously, as if both accounts had been ‘hacked’ and started to broadcast. In the footage which flickered between grid and individual camera views, A penguin (created in CGI) were captured roaming around the empty Oxford St Selfridges store after hours. The content was streamed ‘live’ the night before the pop-up to tease the up-coming event. The content appeared suddenly and ambiguously, as if hacked, to create intigue and drive conversation.
